As buildings start to age, doors may become damaged, worn or altered, which may affect their performance in the event of a fire. We can also retro fit door frames to meet ever changing standards to make your building compliant.
Upgrades
We can retro-fit any component of a fire door to meet current standards - whether to AS 1851-2012 to replace or AS 1905 Part 1 for new doors.

Hardware
At John Mark Doors we can supply and install any hardware that is required to make your door look aesthetic and be standards compliant - from hinges, closers, frames, locks, handles, push plates to kick plates, stops and signs.

ABOUT US
We are a locally owned and operated Sydney based business, supplying and installing both residential and commercial fire doors and non-rated doors. We provide the tagging and fire door certification in compliance with the BCA Australian Standards.
Having expert people on hand who can advise you on the type of acoustic rating you may require together with fire consultants who are regularly carrying out inspections for fire door upgrades and maintenance repairs.
John Mark Doors is also a member of FPA Australia (#36416), a Fire Safety Assessor (FO36416A) and a member of FPAS which is mandatory in NSW in order to perform Fire Door work.
We hold public and product liability up to $20 million plus workers compensation. We also hold Professional Indemnity Insurance. If other insurances are required, they can be accommodated for.
